I am so sorry to hear of Judy's death. Brooke's husband just let me know. Judy was an incredible lady who suffered a lot. Take comfort in knowing that she is walking tall and straight with her Lord!

I too join the many who will miss her birthday calls. Despite her physical limitations, she found so many ways to serve her Lord and brighten people's lives. I rejoiced when she
was able to move into "more accessible" housing. Now she has made the ultimate

We've lost a true friend. Judy was truly one of a kind, Once you met her, she never forgot you; and you could never forget her. Despite all that life sent her way, she was always smiling, always laughing, always immensely caring for others. We always looked forward to hearing from Judy whenever there was a birthday or an anniversary in the family. Whenever we met or talked with Judy, we always left the conversation feeling better about ourselves and the world in general. She had a way of bringing out the best in people.
When our oldest grandson was only about a year old, he went right to Judy as she set behind us in church and set there with her throughout the service. He's now 19 years old, but Judy never failed to bring him up every time we talked with her. She genuinely cared about every peron she met. And every person she met was better for having known, Judy. Well done, good and faithful servant. Heaven has gained a true saint.

This is the day, that the Lord has made!
I will miss hearing your call on our (my family) birthdays, singing to us and sharing your kind thoughts and wishes. It is unfortunate that there will not even be a church service to honor you as you so deserve a celebration. We would all join in singing to you, celebrating the joy you shared with all of us! Judy will be missed in so many ways. Her love of music that she shared for many years with The Many Voices Choir. She started sharing rides with us after a few years. driving to Terril and jumping in with us and then on to Estherville and so much chatting on the way over and back. She remembered everything she was told about a family member and then some. Will miss her long phone calls and her great giggle and so many other wonderful things about her. I feel blessed to have know her. She was a real gem! My deepest sympathy to Judy's family.

Deepest sympathy to all of the family at this time of loss. I had not seen Judy for years, until last fall at a Bible Study and it was so nice to visit. What a kind and gentle soul. My birthday and church birthday will never be the same - no more three hour phone conversations on those days with Judy. I will miss this dear woman immensely - she touched our lives in so many ways. Heaven's gain.
