Many prayers to the family. I met her in 1996 when I took the activity coordinator course in Spencer. Very nice, sweet lady. I told an acquaintance about the garden, she and kids loved it.

Have great memories of Sheril and Don too. Worked for them in the summers of 1955,56 and 57. Sheril was a fantastic cook, she could camouflage the lamb into a great noon lunch. She knew lamb was not my favorite food. Donnie was in a high chair in those days. They came to our wedding in Sioux City 1962. I know family and friends will greatly miss her, great lady. We were so sorry to hear of Sheril’s passing. I always enjoyed working with her at Prairie View. She was always interested in what was going on in our lives. Being neighbors played into that too.

To all of the Getting family, My sincere sympathy. I worked with Sheril at the Treasure Chest and she was always such a delight to work with. God has called a very beautiful, gracious lady to be by his side and know that she will be building a path for her family to enter the gates of Heaven. May Sheril rest in Peace
