Keith, Kurt and Karen, You have my deepest sympathies on the loss of your Mom. She was a truly wonderful person and was like a second Mom to me. I have many great memories of her while I was in junior high and high school. She was a kind and gracious lady and I'm sure, loved by anyone that knew her. I am honored and privileged to have been able to call her My Friend. I am comforted by the following quote from Kahili Gibran. I hope it will give you the same comfort. For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun? And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.
