Obituary of Phyllis Fear

Phyllis J. Larsen Fear was born July 20, 1952 to Charles and Opal (Tanner) Larsen in Primghar, Iowa. She spent her childhood growing up in the Primghar area and later graduated from Primghar High School in 1970. On September 8, 1972 she married Gary Cooper in Paullina, Iowa. To this union three children were born. She later then married Gregory Sanders on June 2, 1989 in Elk Point, South Dakota then to Bradley Fear on October 23, 2000 in Nashua, Iowa. Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished her grandkids. Phyllis had a kind and caring nature and has many memories attending her grandkids school and sporting events. She enjoyed going to movies and out for supper with family. She also enjoyed trips to the casino. Phyllis attended the United Methodist Church in Melvin, Iowa. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Angela Monroe of Parker, South Dakota, Kelly and Daniel Petersen of May City, Iowa; Jessica and Timothy Helmers of Sanborn, Iowa; 9 grandchildren; her twin brother Phillip Larsen and wife Cheryl of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; sister Gloria Morris of Sheldon, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents Opal and Charles Larsen, brother Dennis Larsen Sr, sister-in-law Genal Larsen, sister Janice (Peggy) Baker, and sister Barbara LeClair.
