Obituary of Daniel Wilson

IN LOVING MEMORY OF "LI'L DAN"... Daniel Paul Wilson was born on April 13, 1985 to Dan Hanen and Lori Wilson in Iowa City, Iowa. Dan lived in Minnesota most of his life. He went to Edgerton Public School, and later received his GED. He was employed by his father as a carpenter in Hartley, Iowa. He then moved to Currie, Minnesota, where he worked at Schmidt Grain for 2 years. He then went on to do commercial fishing. While in Currie, Daniel met Alicia Sell, and together they were blessed with Cameron Dean and Tyler James Wilson. He also has a child, Brayden Combs of Hartley, Iowa. He enjoyed spending time with his family and kids. He also enjoyed NASCAR (Jimmie Johnson), working on cars with his dad, snowmobiles, motorcycles and camping. He especially loved his truck and taking his boys for bike rides. He loved being a dad. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandfather Larry Wilson, his uncle Danny Lammey and stepfather Loren Brouwer. His is survived by his father and stepmother Dan and Joann Hanen of Hartley, Iowa; his mother Lori Wilson and her special friend Ken Kwikkel of Sioux City, Iowa; his three sons: Brayden Combs of Hartley, Cameron and Tyler Wilson of Currie MN; his special friend Alicia Sell, also of Currie; his sister Shana Wilson and her special friend Kyle Brouwer and their daughters Desirea and Kalei of Pipestone, MN; his sister Brittny and her husband John Homandberg and their daughters Madison and Amelia also of Pipestone; Alicia’s parents, Dan and Renee Sell of Currie, MN.
