Rhonda “Bonnie” Lisa (Klatt) Louderback, the daughter of Gwendolyn (Cooke) and John J. Klatt, Sr., was born on May 8, 1955 in Waverly, IA. She lived her youth in Melvin, IA, and graduated from Melvin High School in 1974.
On June 29, 1996, she was united in marriage to Robert Louderback at Sibley, IA. The couple made their home on a farm south of Hartley, IA. Rhonda delivered both the Sioux City Journal (for nine years) and the Des Moines Register (for five years) in Sanborn and Hartley.
She enjoyed doing crafts, jigsaw puzzles, and taking care of her cats and dogs.
Survivors include her husband Robert of Hartley, IA; four children: Stephanie Knapp and special friend John Cobb of Wausau, WI, Mark Knapp of Sioux Falls, SD, Anthony Knapp and special friend Tiffany Boyd of Hartley, IA, Lanny Allen of May City, IA ; two step-children: Orry Ladwig and Heidi Allen, both of Hartley, IA; two grandchildren: Marcos and Dominique Knapp, and one step granddaughter Felicity Allen; her parents John Klatt, Sr. and Gwendolyn of Melvin; her mother-in-law Gretchen Louderback of Battle Creek, IA; two brothers: John Klatt, Jr. and his wife Pat of Harris, IA, and Jeff Klatt and his wife Lisa of Spencer, IA; three sisters: Rebecca Pedley and her husband, Kevin, of Sanford, NC, Jacqueline Garner and her husband, Tim, of Bellevue, WA, and Joan Klatt of Rochester, MN; other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death were two brothers, Robert and Frederick.
